worried

i m 42 yrs old with three kids. I have bleeding after my regular cycle this month.  ultrasound  showed follicular population is plenty almost 8 -m 10 in each opvary  size from 5 - 7 mm in diameter ... doctor impression that grossly uterus and  endometrium. The ovaries appear borderline polycystic in nature. Symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance. What should i do for this problem. pls suggest me

HI,
Treatment with haemostatic medicines and hormonal therapy may help. Also if the endometrium is hyperplastic a D&C may be necessary. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
Hope this helps.
