I am so sorry as a horseHorse chestnut and animal lover I understand how awful that must have been for you,perhaps you could think about this disaster for a few mins then distract your mind by being busy with other projects and school, it is our thoughts that make us feel bad, so yes have a few moments of sorrow then switch off to other stuff that is happening around you on that day..come back and tell us how the day went, I know how painful it will be.... but you are strong...
