Severe Depression in pregnancy

I'm 10wks pregnant with my 3rd child with a genetic history of severe depression. I have been taking Effexor XR 225mg for 10 years now, and up until now, it has been helpful. However, for the last month or so, my depression is getting much worse. Does anyone has any suggestions about safe anti-depressant medication combinations with Effexor in pregnancy? I see my ObGyn tomorrow, and will be discussing my frustration.
