possible to have prepartum depression?

This is my first time pregnent and its nothing like Ive always imaged it to be. I love love love kids and am just not all happy go lucky about being pregnent. Im not sure if maybe  because I havent had an ultrasound yet or just that ot hasnt sank in. Any answers are appreciated!! Thanks

I didn't notice much change in early pregnancy (or late pregnancy either) in my mood.  Mid-pregnancy, I was just sleepy.  lol

Depression during pregnancy is very common, so yes, you could get depressed or experience depression, while pregnant.  It does not just have to be AFTER you give birth.  Hope you are feeling better.
