Hello to all, im new here, i didnt even know that i will find this here in the medhelp, but is very nice to know this group. I would like to ask the group to pray for me, im having severe mental health prolems at this moment and fighting hard to recover, almost 8 weeks very sick with anxiety ,panic attacks, phobia, OCD and depresion. Please pray for my complete recovey. God bless you all!

Of course you are in my prayers Rana for your complete recovery. I pray that you find the help that you need here on earth to help you manage all of your mental health issures. God works through people, and I pray you are surrounded with the best. I have a lovely book I've been typing out on my journal page, called Life's Evening, it was written for the Aged Christian however the prose and imagery is incredible and peaceful. Please give it a read, and calm your mind. Keep us updated, how things are going okay? And please private message anyone here , should you feel like having a chat. My son suffered from anxiety terribly, and after getting of harsh prescription meds, found that CoQ10 and Magnesium calmed his soul, stopping his aggressive panic attacks, and allowing him to find slumber.
