Brand new to TTC! Help!

So after two VERY easy conceptions and pregnancies, two years with an implant, my hubby and I are ready to try again! With my daughters we never really "tried" so all this TTC lingo is brand new to me! I just had my first disappointing negative test this morning and I feel like we might have to actually "try" a little harder this time. Can someone give me the short version of what the most common abbreviations/ methods are that are talked about here? I'm in over my head!

Thank you! I had kind of a general idea of things but didn't know some of the terms like luteal phase :) Good luck to you too!
