2 day period then very light brown spotting

Hi, I have a few questions on light brown spotting? I was two days late with my period, I think ovulated late because I used the OPK clearblue from 9 to 13 and never got a solid smiley face just started blinking from 9- 14 and I stopped checking. So my period was suppose to appear on the 26 of June as I counted a 30 day cycle. On the 28 of June in the morning I peed wiped and I saw blood so I wore a pad the funny thing was it was never full not even half of the pad but every time I wiped it seemed like a lot of blood but not on the pad. On 29 during mid day there was no more blood, just spotting light brown i didn't need a pad not even a panty liner because I can only see when I wipe with a tissue. The light brown spotting was barely there but I could see it when I wiped just like a spot only till July 1st. Please tell what is going with my cycle this is the first time this has ever happened to me. ook a pregnancy test at 6am July 6 and got a negative.
