Ive just had a bit of bleeding red/brown with cramps could this be an implantation bleed?
I had a lot of cramping early in my pregnancy, for a few weeks. Not saying it means you are pregnant, just happened in my experience. Also had some spotting.
I've just had the same. Pinky brown. Three days till period but bfn?
