Confused
I came off the pill in oct and have had regular periods since then. I actively started trying to conceive this month and we had sex each of my fertile days. My period is meant to be due in 5 days however I think I have started my period today. I thought it was spotting to begin with but it is getting heavier. I'm really sad and confused now. Lost track of when my next fertile days will be now my system is all messed up ( any advicE or anyone know what might be happening? Thank you
It's probably your body and hormone levels adjusting. It shouldn't take too long but it depends on how long you were on pill too.

When I first got off the pill my cycles were irregular my OB said it was the BC leaving my system and it may take 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year to regulate and conceive
