Every other day works and as Annie said, every day lowers sperm count (the "boys" need time to build up their count) make sure he's wearing loose fitting boxers and keep all laptops, electronics & anything that would warm that area away...heat kills the sperm. While it's been proven that standing on your head is not necessary, not getting up for 15 mins right after (thank gravity) helps & laying down (I put a pillow under my hips to tilt pelvis up a bit) & cuddling w/positive convo doesn't hurt. Keep us posted!

Every other day or even just every third day. Sperm lives a long time in your system. Don't have sex every day, it is detrimental to the sperm count.

I had sex in the 27th of September and I am supposed to have started my period today but I'm late...
you probably take to soon ? When did you have sex? And when was your period?
The test was negative but we're still trying. :(
The TWW - 2 week wait is agonizing, yes? My next "grumpy week", as I've named it, is expected in 6 days and aside from a few symptoms that are indicative of both early pregnancy and AF coming to town, I'm trying not to stress nor get my hopes up. Just turned 38 August 30th and feeling like maybe my eggs aren't viable anymore. Blood work says FSH is good, but that nagging "tick tock" is getting louder. I just thought I'd check in and see how you're doing, sunflower :)
