How can I jump-start my period?

I'm trying to get pregnant but unfortunately I haven't had my period for a year now. I'll be 28 in april. I went to the doctor but they haven't done anything yet to help. Any suggestions on how to jump-start my period so maybe I can ovulate? Natural suggestions are more than welcome. Anything at all, I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Thank you for the suggestion Peace.

To the mods: I put this post in infertility because I've been trying to conceive for over a year... maybe you guys should check a user's previous posts before moving them.

Hiii! You can do two things take some progesterone cream I personally like dr lee progesterall, but research and see what suits you or your comfortable taking. The other option is vitex or chasteberry essentially the same thing...the ladder takes minimum of 3-6 months to balance out hormones. Both are natural good luck!

Try incorporating Sage, Dong Quai, or Mother Wort into your diet. In herbal tea form. You can find them at your local health food store. They have been known to regulate the menstrual cycle. Especially Dong Quai, promoting blood flow to the pelvic region. Of course do your own research as well when using herbs. Also, a well balanced diet is everything. Incorporating fresh/raw fruits and veggies into your diet/everyday life is essential  Hope this helps!  Baby dust to you! :)
