How do I know if I am having complications with trying to conceive?

In October I will be off birth control for 2 years. I have been trying to conceive for awhile now. My obgyn told me that's she has no concern for why I can't pregnant and told me to keep track of my cycles. This has just been so frustrating. I feel like everyone around me is getting pregnant but I can't.

Trying to conceive can be a very frustrating thing, especially when everyone around you seems to have no troubles. Try and stay positive and relax and have fun with the process - all way easier said then done I know! Keeping track of your cycles is important as it will give valuable information later. I was told that after one year I TTC to seek help from a medical professional. Are you and your partner both taking good quality vitamins? Pre-seed is a fertility friendly lubricant. Have you tried any natural things like accupunture or massage? Good luck and baby dust to you ****
