Jelly like discharge and cramps cycle day 12?

I've never had this before it's like a thick clear jelly discharge that came out and I'm also having cramps , I'm on cycle day 12 is this normal

So yes if your cicles are 28 days your most fertile days will be in between days 12-14

How long is your cicle ? You are probably  on your fertile days

It changes ever since I had a mc in December it usually goes from 27-30 but for the last 4 cycles it's been consistent at 28
