Ovulation and TTC

My husband and I have been ttc. We have started doing it every other day when I'm fertile to try and help increase our chances. I'm not wanting to bet my hopes up at all but just had a few questions. I'm sure this probably sounds stupid, but I don't know a whole lot about this stuff. If you get pregnant, will you still notice ovulation? Also, is there any advice as to how often to have sex, best positions, how long to wait before you get up once he has finished and any other random advice any one can tell me? I really don't want to stress out by trying too hard, but if I'm not already I would just like someone to tell me their experiences and what worked for them. Thank you!

For me  I noticed that if I always thought about pregnancy it would be like my birth control.  I and my husband used different positions like doggy style,  missionary,  and cowgirl lol. Do you know what your cycle days are?
