I have been using pre-seed for a few months (no luck with it yet) but it is a nice lubricant. If you are feeling like you need to use one I would defiantly recommend it. A little goes a long way with it. You can use it like a regular lubricant or it comes with a tool to insert it prior to intercourse which is supposed to help the sperm go to the cervix. Good luck!
