Pregnacare Conception Vitamins

I have been taking Pregnacare Conception for nearly 2 weeks now, and i have noticed some changes!

I have been breaking out on my face :-(  I don't ever breakout, only before my period is due, then it clears up!  I was wondering if these Vitamins were the cause? Has anyone had the same happen to them?

Plus I have been getting some slight cramping, but nothing too major!

Does anybody have any advice on these?

I also read online that Pregnacare Conception Vitamins can delay menses?  Is this true?

Interesting... I have had the worst skin for months now, had put it down to hormone changes rather than pregnacare but def could connect the two date wise! Also experiencing irregular periods and cramps but again had put that down to coming off my pill and hormone imbalances too (and seeking doctors advice to make sure no other underlying issues)

Following your question, I did read through some old posts though where quite a few query whether there is a direct connection between pregnacare and longer cycles. Might do a test month next month to see... X
