Pregnant Already After Miscarriage?

So I began to miscarry on May 21st at 9 weeks pregnant. It turned out that I had a blighted ovum so the baby died very early in the pregnancy and the only thing that was growing was the gestational sac and my sac only measured 6 weeks. I bled for 6 days then spotted for 3 more days. My midwife told me that my husband and I could begin trying again on the 6 day after miscarrying and we started DTD again  consistently the day afterwards. This week I've noticed some popping sensations in my uterus, the same kind I felt when I was pregnant. I'm wondering is it possible for me to be pregnant again so soon or are those sensations of my uterus shrinking after my miscarriage.

It's hard to tell when u ovulate the month after miscarriage but i just counted my cycle as i did b4... My cycle was regular every 30 days. We had intercourse 3 times during my fertile week only. So i presume i ovulated on day 14 or day 15:) good luck to you!!! Xx
