Well, studies have shown more recently that the consumption of 2 servings of low fat dairy products a day negatively impact fertility. All breastmilk has hormones in it, naturally. The fat skimming process takes away the female hormones, progesterone and estrogen, while leaving behind androgen. This can cause a hormonal imbalance and impact ovulation since you are literally consuming extra male hormones. Full fat and organic is better, but you're still consuming a ton of fat and naturally existing growth hormones (cows milk is intended to make a baby calf grow into a massive cow in a short period of time). It's much healthier to get your calcium from a supplement, fortified non dairy milks, or other foods. Here's some of the research I was looking at:
The Fertility Diet (McGraw-Hill; co-written with Jorge Chavarro, M.D.)
J.E. Chavarro, et al. “A Prospective Study of Dairy Foods Intake and Anovulatory Infertility.” Human Reproduction, 22 (5): 1340-1347.

Why cut back on dairy?? Just curious, cause I thought organic milk was a good source of vitamins and calcium. Thanks!!
Stop drinking and smoking tobacco, make sure you're getting proper nutrition from real food with limited ingredients, cut down on dairy, try to get some exercise, and have sex every 1-2 days, especially when you're ovulating. After sex, try to lay with your hips elevated for 20 minutes. Also, make sure your partner isn't smoking tobacco or marijuana. Both of those are known to decrease the quality of sperm. Most importantly, don't stress about it. Good luck!
