SOMEONE HELP!!

Hello everyone I have a concern , I'm 19 years old and my periods are very irregular but I've never missed a period EVER. My periods are super heavy and I usually clot during them . Anyways the point is my bf and I have been having sex ALOT and we don't use protection well Febuary I started bleeding a little * dark red* and then it just stopped?. 3 days is how long I bled and it didn't even soak a pad . I barley bled , well I start feeling extremely nauseas and also tired . Not eating how I usually eat. And everytime I ate I became nausea * but I never threw up* ... So I took a pregnancy test towards the end of Febuary and it came back negative And I didn't have my period for the rest of the month . Well now it's March and he came inside of me yesterday and today I'm spotting a bright pink . * this has never happened. And now it has stopped again.. I don't know what to do . Maybe there is something wrong with me .. Like not being able to conceive ?. Any suggestions?!
