TTC again!!!!!

We have decided we want another baby. I had my first and last depo shot October 19th then after I got the shot we decided we wanted more kids. I'm assuming it will be out of my system by Jan 11 which is 12 weeks.

Anyways going through fertility again was prescribed 150 clomid to take on day 3 with femera day 3-7 (will have to confirm dosage) I don't have any major fertility issues besides sometimes not ovulating. I will be completing iui in January possibly with trigger shot.

Has anyone conceived on their first round of clomid femera cycle with or without  iui and or injection? Did you conceive a singleton or multiples? And has anyone ever done 150 clomid only on day 3 and had success?

So breakdown of treatment
If no period starts by Jan 2 then I get beta blood test and if negative start birth control to induce a period.
Day 3 of my cycle I take 150 mg clomid
Day 3-7 femera
Possible trigger
Possible iui depending on what we decide over the next couple weeks
