Trying to conceive?

Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do to help us speed up the process? We've been trying for a while now & it's been a roller coaster! Been to the doctor and everything is good for us both but still baby!

There's not much you should do right away. Sometimes it just takes patience.  I mean if it comes to a year and no baby then I suggest trying to change it up.. but for now have fun with this. This will be the funnest part of the whole having a baby process lol! So make it passionate and enjoyable so the baby is born from happiness not stress. Ya feeeel me lol

We don't smoke & I totally agree if it's meant to be it will happen in God's Perfect timing.  I'm just curious as I've heard so many stories on how women have used different techniques to conceive.... Like a planned pregnancy!  :-) #AllSmiles

Stay positive and don't stress! It took us a long time to have out first, and finally I had to tell myself to relax and tell myself that it'll happen...bam! We were pregnant. Good luck!!

I've heard many times that if the male eats blueberries it increases his sperm count. Don't know how accurate that is but worth a try if he'll eat them.

Don't smoke it can lower the chances. Of you smoke also don't "try" just do it. If it's ment to come is going to happen :)

Try some preseed you can buy it at Walmart, walgreens. Its a lube that helps sperm swim into the egg. People who have been trying for years and I mean years as in 5, the. Get pregnant right away. I also have used some but stopped using it cause we stopped having sex, family problems came up and then I got pregnant out of no where. And I've been trying for three years.

I've heard sweet potatoes make you more fertile-(could be wrong but worth a shot right? Lol)
