Trying to conceive

should I be using folic acid or any vitamins to help me I conceive I am worried as my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage

My Dr. Said when we were trying to immediately go on prenatal and folic acid.  It doesn't help you get pregnant but the folic acid especially decreases the chance of birth defects especially spina bifida

Yes I've been told it's good to take while TTC. I've never hear of them delaying period, I don't see how they would.

I have read to start taking it 3 months prior to wanting to conceive. Do you know if these two delay periods??
