Ttc. Stopping depo
I started Depo in February of 2016. I'm currently stopping it in order to have anot her baby. I'm due for my shot at the end of the month. I've been taking prenatals, selenium, and L-argenine. I had very much regular menstruals before depo. I haven't had one since. A couple days ago, however, I started spotting and it's brown(tmi sorry). Has anyone had luck getting back to normal with the help of vitamins?
