Vaginal Discharge...plz help???

I recently had my right ovary removed Nov. 29 2011 due to PCOS. Been TTC for 4 years. I am taking metformin 1000mg a day. On Jan. 20th I started my AF and it lasted till 1/24. On 1/24 I started Clomid 50mg (first time taking it with only one ovary) until the 28th. Well now since 2/5 I have been having a milky stretchy discharge, and now today 2/10 the discharge is very thick and sticky (sorry so graphic). But the discharge hasn't had a foul smell or no itching.  I don't start AF on my own without using Provera, so I am unsure how long my cycles are. But if I had a 28 day cycle I should start AF on 2/17. I have been having unprotected sex with my husband. I have been having headaches and been nauseous off and on. Every once in a while my nipples will feel itchy but there is no soreness or extra heaviness (i am very large and they always feel heavy). So I don't know what the discharge is. A sign of pregnancy or a sign of late ovulation. Please help!!!???

I just got my blood labs back that I took on 2/8.  It showed that my estradial is low but other test showed I was in the follicular phase of ovulation.

well i would say that if you are having nauseus feelings that is definitely a sign of pregnancy, i too am having nauseus at night. I have nauseous feeling at night, and nipples sore that can def be a sign also. I would definitely take a test. Best of Luck! Let me know what your results are!! I will take a test also, i think i just tested too early was my deal.
