What are my chances of getting pregnant?

I'm in my early 20's with PSOS. I have dropped 40lbs but my BMI is still above 25. I have 25lbs to go but am dying to have a baby soon. Have any of you had babies in my condition and been fine? I live a healthy lifestyle, but wondering if it's 100% necessary to have a BMI lower than 25 even if I'm comfortable where I'm at.
