could I be pregnant

So me and my significant other have been trying to conceive for the past few months, my last period was the week before thanksgiving which was a week earlier than normal. It is now time for my period as of last week so I'm now a week late. I hav period symptoms such as: stomach cramping, sore boobs but more sore than normal, back aches. But 2 days ago I noticed when I would go to the bathroom I was spotting a bright pink color with discharge then stopped. I recently went to the bathroom and I had a pinkish brown color of spotting and it didn't get any heavier. I also noticed when I go to the bathrrom I have pressure in my lower stomach! I'm scared to take a test because I want to get pregnant and scared it will be negative

I'm experiencing the same kind of bleeding I'm expecting my period on  the 31st and I had spotting (pinkish discharge) yesterday and the 18th then it stopped I never  experienced this but I'm hoping its a good sign good luck to you

Wait until your period is due. It might be implantation bleeding which is pregnancy symptom...dear
