I'm having severe belly pains. Not even cramps, just pains all over my stomach and my sides. My back is a little sore and I'm feeling like I'm going to vomit. What could this be? Pregnancy or just sick?

To be honest, i felt like you once and was sure I'm pregnant but unfortunately my period came out :(
So, just wait your period date and see or you can do blood test 2 or 3 days before its date

My late period was Jan 12. And intercourse was january 27,25,21,18
You didn't mention last period date nor intercourse date, so it could be pregnancy and could be sickness only
