This will probably sound strange but start doing cardio for an hour a day like an exercise bike it will increase futility :)

We didn't try for long (it was my third month off the pill and our first month actually trying), but I used a period tracker app that estimates when you will be ovulating. My second month off the pill I used ovulation tests (just ones from the dollar store!) to check that the app was accurate. It definitely was for me, so we just went by the app the following month. Also, there are other methods such as tracking your temperature each morning before you get out of bed, etc.

Talk to your Gyne about ovulation calendars and she the best time for your body to try and get pregnant. They will teach you with ta calendar and how to pin point the days to have sex.
Good luck!!!
