issues with monthly cycle

hi, i am 37 years old. we r trying to get pregnant. but i have noticed that the last few months i have been spotting around my ovulation dates (2 days before and it lasts 2 days after). I have been also trying to eat healthy, so we have started drinking the cucumber and lime infused water. This month I did spot during the ovulation, but in addition to that i have started spotting (more like bleeding brown blood with brown clots but not enough to fill a pad) 7 days after ovulation. Its now continued for 6 days...some days its heavier other days its just spots on my underwear. Pls not I have been a bit stressed at work as well. I hope someone can advise me a bit about this.

I have a 32 day cycle. my last period was on 29th august and ended 2nd sept.
ovulation was on 17th september. i was spotting 15th, 16, 17th and 18th.

i started spotting again with brown clots on 24th august onwards.
i am a little concerned about this.thank you so much for responding so fast.

Do you take ouvlation tests ? Xx it might just be a period x how long are you cycles ? X
