5 days late took a test came out negative should I wait longer or am I not pregnant???
I am not 13 days late on my period. I have having symptoms of pregnancy but still not positive test. :-)

I did about 10 tests and they were all negative. I thought I was going mad because I was so late and had all the symptoms but it was over Christmas so I didn't want to go to a doctor. Anyway, it finally turned positive on day 40 of my cycle. My 18 month old is now asleep upstairs :-)
I was told by my dr when this happened to me, to wait a 5 more, if it's still not positive and you still haven't gotten your cycle, to come in for a blood test.
Wait like 2 more days if it's still negative contact your doc
