I got sick one this time, and was very naseaed, I found out when I was 10weels, after that I fell ill for 2-3 weeks, light snacking helped, Ginger ale did as well. Go slowly, and eat even if you don't feel hungry, baby needs it

Totally normal.  Its normal to feel like you are about to vomit any second, sometimes for hours at a time and for nothing to happen.  Luckily it should ease up by the second trimester.

Do you by chance mean you're 6-8 weeks?

As for not vomiting, yes it's normal. Some women only get nauseated, others have both and some have none. It varies depending on that particular pregnancy.

Yes, it's normal. It's amazing that your that far along and just found out! I don't know how I'd react to that lol...

I sometimes had no appetite but that was later into my pregnancy. Nothing I would call a symptom. Just didn't have much room in there. Always try to eat something though. Put a drink along with some crackers next to the bed and eat them before you get up. Sometimes helps with nausea. Sometimes hard candies does the trick for me, too.
