1 month of no period ...

Question

Hi everybody this is what I'm going through I'm 19 and my husband is in the amrines we've been havin unprotected sex for a good minute and never had any pregnancy or signs. The only thing that may have happend was my period got irregular from the begining of a month to the last of the month and I stay on for 8 days..Well this time results were alil diffrent my last period was feb 10 and I was suppose to come on in march but I missd it fully and everyday I would wake up nausea, and would get headaches freqently and cramping with spotting but brown spotting not red unless me and husband just got done having intercourse. But I would be so tired all the time and have soreness on my breast and nipples and I been gaining a little weight ...now on april 1st I said ill take a test if I still didn't come on it came out negative and on april 1st I actually came on and have cramping and bleeding like a regular period .but I have these real sharp pains. In my upper stomach that make me want to faint and throw up every so often ...is there a possibily I could be pregnant.even tho I came on my period and its my 2nd day I would really appreciate some answers becuz I never witnessed this ty

Oh and I didn't have any signs of pregnancy I just happened to take a test on a dare. it was the only thing my husband wanted for his birthday, little did I know it would come out positive! anyways The day i was to go to the drs to confrim it the miscarriage started. If it lasts more then a week make sure you go to the dr and get checked out. I didn't and ended up having to go through a lot of testing and fertility because they should have done a D&C but didn't. and it took over a year to get my body to go back to normal

If you are having cramping and sharp pains, you could be having a miscarriage.   I know that is how mine felt.  there wasn't any additional bleeding, just the sharp pains that I never got before that.
