10 weeks with stabbing pains

I'm 10 weeks today and since yesterday I have been having stabbing groin pains, is this normal or should I be worried?

I had that too this is my first pregnancy so I didn't know much about it, but I was told by my obgyn that it was just growing pains. My body was stretching n preparing for my baby to grow
