11weeks with tummy troubles (TMI beware!)

I am 11 weeks pregnant with #2 and I can't eat anything! I'm lactose intolerant but I've always been able to consume small amounts of milk or cheese or yogurt with no major problems. As soon as the morning sickness started, ANY milk product I consume (even milk in mashed potatoes) makes me extremely constipated. I cut out all milk products but I still have problems. Gas bubbles get stuck in my tummy and it puts me to tears. I can't eat anything until I finally have a bowel movement or I throw it up. I have tried fiber gummies, fiber powder, increased water, reduce certain foods, etc. Help me!! I can't keep feeling like this!!

I heard kiwis help and miralax or stool softeners but so many things upset my stomach right now. Anyone else experiencing this? Any helped hints for constipation?? Thank you in advance!!

Dried prunes and apricots work best for me. If it's been a few days or more then I usually go for the milk of magnesia. Dr told me it was alright but always check with your dr before trying an OTC medicine or any herbal supplements :)

Prune juice really helps and I find it easier to drink that then chew on prunes as I hate them! Also try sprinkling some chia seeds on your cereal (weetbix are high in fibre and help you go to the loo haha) chia seeds work wonders!! :) hope this helps

I started eating grapes and they work! When it got really bad I had milk of mag which wasn't fun but worked fast and was such a relief! It finally ended at like week 12-13 and have been good ever since.. Good luck!

I had a REALLY bad bacterial stomach infection last year & it caused me the WORST constipation ever & caused me to throw up anything I would try to eat. Lasted for 3 long months before they figured out what was wrong with me, so I knOw your struggle. My dr gave me some stool softeners but they didn't really help. I took enemas and that relived some of it but I started trying to eat cooked cabbage & drank milk of magnesia along with plenty of fruits and green veggies. Things Got better. I also ate mini wheats for breakfast every day. Btw check your prenatal vitamins. Those could be making your constipation worse. Good luck girl,  I REALLY hope things get better for you.
