Part of my sleeping problems are caused because of my work schedule I work mostly 3pm to 11pm but two nights a week I work 11pm(sometimes 9 depends) to 7 am. Causing me to have to sleep during the day and I have never been a good daytime sleeper. I am ready for the second trimester to begin. When I do sleep like I said its usually 2 hours at a time with about an hour in between each chunck of sleep never adding up to more than 6 hours.
It gets better and then gets worse again. U can take benadryl to help you sleep. I had that first trimester also and it got better in second trimester.. 3 weeks from third now and have to take sleeping pills... it ***** but part of pregnancy and getting used baby being here... you could try sleeping on couch or chair also might help.
I cant sleep either if I figure something out I will let you know. I am up every 2 hours and it its horrible.
