13 days early, dont know if iam spotting or a period??

Hi... am 20, my periods are always on time, never irregular, they usually are between 23 days. well my last period ended on the 4th and i started spotting yesterday (15th) it was light pink at first , i wasn't cramping or anything like i usually get with my PERIOD. today i woke up and it was a Lil heavier. i dont know if its my period or not, with my periods I always bleed heavy for about 5 to 7 days , but why am i 13 days early?? I'am never that early..me n my fiance are ttc, we already have a 14 mo. son,  and we had no problem ttc with him.. it happened right away !! guess my question is , could i be pregnant? and when should i take a hpt??

If it's 13 days BEFORE your period is supposed to start and you're bleeding *I* would assume it's from ovulation or something else. Implantation bleeding happens 6-12 days AFTER ovulation.
