18 and pregnant

Im 18 and found out I was pregnant last wednesday this came as a massive shock as my partner thought he could never have children.  He told his parents straight away that Im pregnant and they seem fine about it but I think telling my parents is going to be a completely different story. Im wondering if anyone has any advice for telling them ? Thank you

I got pregnant with my daughter at 15 and I'm now 19 and our son is due in 3 weeks. I wasn't on good terms with my dad when I got pregnant with my daughter and he found out threw my grandparents (that's who I was living with) and I never seen him through my entire pregnancy and he didn't meet my daughter till she was 6 months old but now they are so close and he loves her more than anything! With this pregnancy it want as hard to tell everyone because I was already a momma and have been living with my husband since I was 16 so I didn't really care what everyone thought but everyone was OK with me having another baby and even my dad is excited to be having a grandson.

Im 18 as well. I just showed my mom the test and she was surprised but not mad at all since she loves my bf and knows he will support me. As for my dad i was scared to death!!! But it turns out hes the most excited especially since theres finally going to be another boy in the fam:))  theres no way to sugarcoat it is, so just get it over quikly! Good luck.

My fiances family could care less about us but I was scared to my mom. I'm 21 and when I told her she asked how far and just been supportive. She's excited to be a grandma again.

Im 21 and when i found out i freaked. My mom came home and i was bawling my eyes out and she guessed it right off the bat. Dont be afraid to tell her, she may be the support you dont know you need. My dad didnt take it well, still hasnt, and im almost 20 weeks. But the sooner you do it will be less scary..

I think my mum knows she keeps hinting I wish shed just come out and say that she knows it would save me alot of stress lol I think they will go crazy thiugh as im doing my teaching degree and have a good job they will think im throwing it all away but I can carry on with my degree and my partner earns enough to support us both when im not working we still have plenty of time to save money for the baby

How do people know how many weeks they are ? I havent a clue and my periods are always all over the place I know my mum was on hers all the way through her pregnancy all though I only missed a period last month I think im alot further than 6 weeks as I can see and feel my tummy moving and I have a little bump is there any way of telling how far you are without a scan ?

Its not so hard to tell your mom as it is to tell your dad. The best advice i can give is to just come out and say it. And know that if they are mad that they will get over it

I'm 19 and stuff like this doesn't happen in my family so I was EXTREMELY terrified of telling my dad...just do it fast and blurt it out there. There's not gonna be any easy way. Good luck! Lol

I found out i was pregnant 2 weeks ago, i was 7 weeks 5 days at the ultrasound my consult appointment with the OBs office isnt until i am in my second trimester, and i booked it the day i found out. But luckily they let me book an actual doc appointment because this is my 3rd and i have had so many complications. Idk why but all the doctors here are super booked. I even called another office and they aren't taking patients until after christmas. I guess everyone decided to get pregnant at the same time lol

I was 17 when I found out I was pregnant,  I told my mother right away. I was raised to always tell, she may be angry for a while but she'll get over it. I would just sit her down and tell her.

He just hand gestured it to his mum haha and she told his dad they have both been really supportive about it and talk to me about it but hes 22 so its a different story for him. the first thing I though of was a termination thats how scared I am to tell my parents but then I realised that it would scar me for life as I love kids ive worked with them since being 16 and worked in a secondary school since 17 so nothing phases me about the challenges ahead im not sure how far gone I am yet got my appointment at hospital to fill in paperwork on the 19th then need to book in for a scan is anyone elses appountments taking this long ?

Take bf with you and tell them, I recommend telling mom first cause dads don't always take there baby's getting pregnant as a good thing, I told my mom and my mom told my dad (turned out his GF was pregnant too lol)
