18w0d Not Eating Enough

I am 18 weeks today and I feel like I don't eat as much as I should. I just don't have an appetite.  My first doctors appointment is Jan. 24th, but until then I would like some tips on how to eat more. When I do eat I eat healthy like an apple now and then or a low fat smoothie or yogurt but when it comes to eating meals for lunch or dinner I just can't seem to stomach them. I weigh 165 right now and have gained a total of 5 pounds since I became pregnant, the site tells me I've gained the right amount of weight but I still feel like I should be eating more. I take all my vitamins everyday and maybe that's why I don't have an appetite, but I would just like someone else's opinion or remedy to my problem, or to tell me I have nothing to worry about.

I didn't have an appetit till my last trimester with both kids. My first pregnancy I actually lost weight because of it. It's normal and as long as baby is growing it's nothing to worry about. Don't force yourself to eat, but eat what you can when you get hungry.
