I haven't taken prenatal at all trough my pregnancybbecause my body can't handle the extra stuff...it actually made me more sick than the morning sickness did so my doctor recommended that I stop taking them so I could work...I've tried to go back on them throughout the pregnancy but I literally cannot stomach them. In my blood work my iron came back low so I take an iron supplement which I can stomach way easier but the doctor told me not to worry because I've maintained my weight and kept healthy :)
