19 Weeks - Haven't Felt Baby Move Today....

I am 19 weeks pregnant and have been starting to feel my son move since last Saturday. I don't feel him often but I was feeling him a few times a day. Nothing strong or anything but I knew it was him. It's 2:30 in the afternoon now and I haven't felt him all day. Is it common to go so long without feeling him when I'm only 19 weeks? I have a doppler at home which I'll use tonight if I still don't feel anything but I wanted to see what you ladies thought. I don't want to call my doctor or anything if this is completely normal. I'm sure he's just still really small and it's normal to go long periods of time without feeling him at this stage right?...........

Well you should always remember as well. Baby is just like us. It WILL have it's own lazy days. On those you might not feel as much movement as usual, just like there's days when we lie in bed all day or sit on the couch and veg out.

It's normal.  You could drink some juice and see if you notice any movement after that.

I am 21 weeks now and my baby is pretty active.. I feel the baby daily as well... On Monday, I didnt feel any movement for most of the day.. There was a couple moments where I thought I did but I was so busy I couldnt focus on it...  Really stressed me out.. I used the doppler when I got home and HR of 145 and then started getting some kicks...

I know its normal not to feel it move all the time and some days have definitely been more active.. its easy to get worried though.. I think I  was so worried because Saturday and Sunday, I had alot of stretching pain and round ligament pain but the baby was super super super active all day and well into the night... Must have been catching up on rest on Monday? who knows

Very common. You're still really early, and you've not been feeling him move for very long. This is why doctors don't do kick counts until 28 weeks. Even at the point baby still has room to hide and you might not feel all their movements. You have nothing at all to worry about. :)
