2 yolk sacs, 1 small embryo and slow hb @ 7ish weeks

Hi, i really hope someone can help me and give me some honest advice because i don't want to hold on to threads of hope anymore if they will only kill my heart in the end.
At about 5-6 weeks pregnant I had a scan showing a 7mm gestational sac and a yolk sac, no embryo or fetal heart.
Yesterday - 11 days after the first scan, I had a repeat scan done which showed an 18mm gestational sac now containing 2 yolk sacs and a 2mm embryo with slow fetal heart beat.
At my scan yesterday at the very least possible I could've been 6+5 weeks to a maximum of 7+3 weeks pregnant.
Is there honestly any hope for this pregnancy?
Could i have just had a very very early positive pregnancy test due to it being twins and testing on a 25miu test? Could i have tested positive around 6-7 dpo?
The sonographer couldn't tell us either way and has requested we go back next week.
I am so desperate to find any info
Also do identical twin embryos form a little slower?
Thank you
kind regards
Tanya
