20 weeks ultrasound found kidney full or dilated

At my 20 week ultrasound, my baby was found to have a 'full kidney' is what i was told.  After researching online I have found info on dilated kidney.  Has anyone else had this seen on their ultrasound.  I was told by my dr. that it is common but I haven't meet or talked to anyone else who has experienced this.  If anyone else out there was told their baby had a dilated renal pelvis, or a dilated kidney or full kidney please write to me and tell me what to expect or just let me know i'm not the only one.   I haven't slept in 3 weeks since finding out and I'm so scared.  I have no idea what to expect.  thanks so much
