29w4d should i be concerned

So as I said I'm 29w4d and I am experiencing a LOT of pressure this evening. I remember pressure with my son closer to the end but this is like insane. My whole vagina lower back and butt literally ache so badly it hurts to move! My husband says that I look like I'm in a lot of pain and I really truthfully am. I am not having any contractions or anything but the pressure is almost a little to much to handle.  Has anyone else been experiencing this?

I has a rough night a couple note back too. Really bad back pain, couldn't get comfortable at all. And the baby was kicking really low and non stop for the whole day and I keep having to go empty out my bladder. Feeling pressure down low plus the soreness from the baby kicking within. Didn't catch much sleep at all for two nights, not fun at all. And I'm only at 27wks, got me so worry. Good thing I have a doctor appointment the very next day for my glucose test so I was able to voice my corcerns. Turn out it was just the joy of motherhood, lol.

I'm 30 weeks and have been experiencing the same thing for almost 5 weeks now,I went to my doctor and he said its just everything loosening up preparing for bub to come out.As.long as there is no bleeding and ur water hasn't broken then u should be fine,but go to the hospital if ur still concerned

it sounds like your legiments are all trying to stretch more for the baby. i had that with my first 2 pregnancies and my second one was like yours too. but if you feel more comfortable you could go to the er just to be on the safe side instead of taking any chances. every pregnancy is different though sweetie.i hope the pain goes away soon for you.

I'm 24 weeks and 4 days and I have really bad pressure off and on. From my vagina all the way around to my back. My doctor said it was okay as long as there was no blood.
