3-5 minutes 45 seconds

I'm having cramps that are 3-5 minutes apart and they last for 45 seconds then go away. They're a bit painful. But they happen in my back and wrap around my hips. Not so much my belly and I don't tighten. Its weird. What is it? I haven't had a baby in 6 years. And I was induced with him. I never had cramps with him or anything. When I was induced the pain started immediately for me and was crazy intense so I don't know about all these pains.

Any insight?

They stopped. This has been happening all day today. It happens for almost an hour then stops for a couple hours and goes again. Hopefully this means I'm close. Thank you. I just didn't know I'd they were contractions since with my first I wasn't eased into them like this.
