It's NOT possible to have a period AND be pregnant. Some women experience spotting or light bleeding in early pregnancy, some throughout their pregnancy, but this is NOT  period, it's vaginal bleeding.

Spotting is common in early pregnancy. Implantation and your uterus growing/stretching is what usually causes it. Just make sure when this happens you drink plenty of water, and put your feet up. You've had 3 positive tests, so you're definitely pregnant. But since you've had bleeding that is like a period flow, you would need to see your doctor and have blood work done to check you hCG levels. Congrats :)

manda is right. I have had 4 kids no bleeding with my first. Spotting twice with my 2nd. None with my 3rd. And full blown heavy period with my 4th. They told me to prepare for the worst. But she is a healthy two yr old now. So have doc run some blood work to make sure your numbers are doubling good luck
