3 postive early results test 1 neg blood
i took 2 early results test yesterday both positive took a first response one it was positivethis morning positive when i had a blood test done it was neg is that possible by the due date calculator i checked it said i was 4 week has anyone had this happend
it did work, you just have to take the "[IMG]" off of both ends

That's awesome! But i did want to comment on the fact that I have not found a single early home pregnancy test that will pick up HCG at any lower than 20.
just an update everything is going good im 8 weeks and 5 days and i had a ultrasound already and everything looks great if there is a way to post it on this forum i will
the first blood test i had done was throught the er and they send back anything lower than a 5 as neg my ob said that early detection home test can pick up 1 and above they check my levels and my levels of hcg are fine and doubling i am prego i go back on the 13th of aug for my next appionment and i go back friday for blood work again so she can double check that my levels are doubling like they should but she said everything is fine and its not a chemical pregnancy and she sees no signs of a misscarriage
im pretty sure they can do a blood test at even 3 weeks preg and it should come back with something. My friend was like 3 weeks preg and she got a pos. And when they thought i was 4-5 weeks they did one, so im sure before 5 they can get a accurate read. Let me know what happ, i think so dr just like to wait to be on the safer side.
so what did they say when you had a blood test, is everything okay, just because you are testing with levels does not mean they can not be dropping or Mc. Ofcoarse i hope not, but why did the dr say you are testing neg? Are you that early that the blood is coming back so low? I could not open the link you sent, i new thats the way the test work but usually when they are conflicting like that it could be a chemical preg, that is the only reason i mentioned that.
ask the dr if you are or had a chemical preg, which would be the reason for the hpk being pos, blood is more accurate, but the urine test are more sensative, so if you had a pos urine, you would have had a Chemical Preg and now it is out of your system, at least when the blood test are done. Just double check with the dr. or you can be really early, but i would assume if you are getting a pos urine you would get something on the blood.
thanks everybody i found out a blood test is not always right a blood test will give a neg for anything lower than a 5 when early results home test can pick it up at 1-4 and that came strait from to differant ob thanks everybody i actually went back yesterday and click the link

My advise would be wait a few weeks, and have ur doctor test again. I am sure you are. I had a negative blood test, and a week later, i had a positive. its possible
linzola is correct blood tests can detect pregnancy within days of conception compared to home pregnancy tests.at 4 weeks you would have had positive blood test.i would also try digital they are very sensitive and if your period is late will be accurate by now.its possible you had an early miscarriage.if your not convinced then have another blood test.
there was no need for digital these test are very positive my friend to me her ob wont even do a blood test before 5 weeks cause they can out neg in stead of positive
Blood tests are very accurate, but the fact you got 3 positive results is odd... When I found out I was pregnant in September 2007 I took a few First Respons and Answer pregnancy tests they were early result tests and they were all positive. I got a blood test and my hcg was only 47 I ended up miscarring but it could be that your tests are more sensitive.... Please dont think that by me miscarrying means that you are but you should really get a ultrasound to see whats going on... Have you tried a digital test?
