Just like tomorrow said use the belly band! It helped me when I was still working. Shop around and buy a good one. I paid 30 for mine and it did the job

My Dr just prescribed me a band to help support my lower back and belly because I am having awful back pain to the point I can barely walk at the end of the day. Maybe you should look into getting one.

It's only normal before you pass 15weeks because of the baby if its less then 15 weeks its not

I see it like this...my baby is probably around 5 lbs. So I always tell people (nonpreggers especially lol) to imagine a 5 lbs sack of potatoes strapped to your belly and then add 20 lbs of additional weight your bodies not used to carrying and tell me how you'd feel at the end of the day or even after an hour or two of standing lol!

Normal, especially if you're on your feet alot. I get horrible back pain from doing dishes or cooking too long or working (I bartend on my feet 8 hrs). Sitting down helps and Tylenol sometimes. I used a low heating pad too every now and then when it was real bad. I'm 36 weeks and I hate to tell you, it gets worse.
