33 weeks back contractions/vomiting

I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My first son weighed 9 lbs 1 oz and I was sick and in pain during most my pregnancy it was quiet rough on my body. This pregnancy has been pretty smooth going compared to my las however I was up all night last night throwing up and can not keep ANYTHING down. Now my back is cramping and I'm afraid I am having contractions in my back but I have no idea seeing as I was induced during my first pregnancy because of his size and him not ready to come out.. is the use of a heating pad ok? Not sure what I should/can do to relieve pain at this point

You need to go to the er now.  You may be dehydrated and that can cause preterm labor.  Good luck

If your only 33w and you think your having contractions...you need to be seen...immediately. Its WAY too early for you to have your baby...i would go to the ER or call your drs office after hours #

I have back and stomach cramps sometimes in the morning and during the day. And I am 34 weeks. When I use a heating pad on my back I feel so much better.

Heating pads are okay but only for a short amount of time at a time... Try a warm bath that'll help also.
