No problem, i know the feeling, my daughter is low so when she pushes down my thigh cramps up, then if i sit up shes in my ribs. Then i get braxton hick contractions like crazy! So im only 34 weeks and i cant even lay down without being in pain... my son was nothing like this lol!

The mucus plug sometimes falls out a little bit than grows back. Ive had huge chunks fall out and get severe cramping. I went to the ob er, and when the dr checked me he told me it may fall out a little bit but it grows back, and the pain is from ligiments streching. At your stage it could be braxton hick contractions. If you're really worried call and speak with your ob.
