39 + 4 weeks and having contractions

I dont want to go to the hospital because I've been like 5 times and theyre going to look at me like I'm nuts but my contractions hurt so bad. I'm having diarrhea and really bad heartburn. My lower back is killing me and I feel really nauseous.  I dont know what to do because I dont want to be sent home again and the doctors thinking I'm nuts for going in. I'm in so much pain and I wish to get induced but my doctor wont let me. I havent lost my mucus plug yet and all I know is that my cervix is "really soft" from a week ago. ugggh.

I would wait till you can time them. They usually send you home unless they are five minutes apart.

If they don't stop I would go back it might be actual labor this time. Are they getting worse?
